Cjp Community Partners, Coon Rapids, MN

CJP Community Partners is a nonprofit organization that works with several community partnerships to provide emergency housing for homeless youth, families, seniors and veterans that are in a housing crisis. CJP obtains housing in several communities by hosting food sales and entertainment services at festivals, community fairs, church events and businesses to generate the revenue to obtain the housing in these communities.

The creation to develop joint venture partners as a community-driven effort and vehicle to raise continuous funds through hosting food events and musical shows with volunters, youth, businesses and faith groups to address and solve community emergency needs  by providing housing solutions to underserved populations that are homeless or in a housing crisis.

The current economy, foreclosures, and unemployment has resulted in several families being torn apart and facing homelessness. CJP Community Partners created a synergy model and combined visions to help generate funds to solve the urgent housing needs in Minnesota.

You can help prevent homeless by helping through

1. Providing space at a location to host a fundraising food event.
2. Contact us to be a food vendor at your local community event.
3. Partner with us to do a fundraising dinner and/or a musical show/theater event.
   
4. Volunteer for fundraising events
   
5. Volunteer as a Host Emergency Home for youth in crisis.
6. Become a Joint Venture Partner to acquire properties for Community Housing with Services.
7. Host a awareness forum for your church, business or agency.
