Hi, my name is Heather Erny-- the designer and owner of d-rings-- a small company, named both after the "D" shaped hardware typically used on the belts; but also after a type of snaffle-bit used on horses. I started the company in 2008 when I began making the belts for many of my friends who also rode horses. The belts are generally made for women's fashion, though I now make both adult and children's sized belts. They are preppy and classy, made of a sturdy grosgrain ribbon, with varying types of hardware-- primarily, of course, d-ring's! I have since expanded to making coordinating keychains in addition. Everything is hand-done and made to last!
