Hello my name Gail Haynes, I am passionate about health and wellness since 1978.  I have researched many subjects on health, nutrition, anatomy and physiology. I love to eat healthy foods and educate people to do the same. 
Although this is a struggle because people love sugar, fried food and more. 
However, there are a select few that refrain and embrace health a ongoing goal and life investment.

I host a Facebook online wellness page called be well with Gail.  I graduated in 2011 as a nutritionist from the Nutritional Therapy Association in Tumwater, WA. I make home-made skin care cream without chemicals, dyes. parabens. Only 5 ingredients. People love it! I would appreciate participating in the FN events.
