Kansas: rugged cowboy culture, sweeping prairies, amber waves of grain. Farmers here have produced enough wheat to make 33 billion loaves of bread! The dial telephone, helicopter and carbonated drink machine were invented here. Serving ice cream on cherry pie used to be illegal! 281 events in the Sunflower State celebrate everything from pie a la mode to barbeque, culture to car racing. Three of the most popular are: Riverfest, Kansas State Fair and Johnson County Old Settlers Festival. There’s no place like Kansas’ Festivals, Art Shows, Music Festivals and Craft Shows!

Linn County Fairgrounds - Mound City, KS

We now have over 400 booths displaying all types of hand-crafted items with exhibitors coming from Oklahoma, Arkansas, Nebraska, and Colorado and as far as California to join Kansas exhibitors of crafts and art work. All art and crafts must be handmade! Throughout the weekend, visitors come to shop for craft and art work as well as to eat the taste tempting foods which are supplied by Linn County food booths.
