Vendor Fee Refunds in case of Cancellation/Reschedule
I was just wondering what common practice was in the case of a cancellation or rescheduling of a festival. A local promoter is forced to cancel a festival planned for next weekend, rescheduling it for the week following. I have a conflict, another festival that I have paid fees for. The promoter of the cancelled festival has a no refund policy but also has a "Rain or Shine" policy which is obviously being disregarded. What is standard practice for promoters in this case?
