How big of a problem is this? My first buyer turned out to be one of those people not quite grown yet and entertaining themselves with pranks. "Buyer" never paid, gave 3 days and sent email, no response. Checked out info on buyer address, a college, phone number the internet cafe at the college. Name Sara Lee, ya, right
I thought this site would be safe from all of that, I know it is big on Craigs List,. How much trouble is this and does anyone ever sell anything from this site?

That is quite unfortunate. The one thing we can do is block the user if they have set up an account on our website, which is not mandatory to shop on the website. I hope this doesn't happen again, and was a one-time fluke. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will get in touch with you to collect the buyer's email and determine if they have an account.
