Food, arts, and crafts vendors - come display your products to 200,00+ people at the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts 2013 Street Fair on Saturday, April 27, 2013. Six blocks of Broad Street in Philadelphia will be closed for music and live entertainment. Same weekend as Penn Relays. Large crowds expected after blow-out PIFA Street Fair in 2011.
