We are a husband and wife team who were both born and raised in Adrian. Boy, has our little town grown! In September 2022, we (Eli and Robyn) celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary! We never do anything just half-way, so in the Spring of 2023, we decided to embark on a brand new adventure and gift each other a food trailer business! That's when Mrs. C's Gourmet Grilled Cheese+ mobile eatery was born! We couldn't be more excited! We are a brand new gourmet grilled cheese food trailer based out of Adrian Twp, Michigan.
