Perquimans Arts League (PAL) was organized in August 1995. After occupying several temporary locations, PAL leased rooms in the Hall of Fame Square for its arts gallery.
The gallery is now located on historic Hertford's main street directly across from the Perquimans County Courthouse. PAL is run by committed volunteers who promote high standards of art in the community to encourage amateurs and professionals in the fine arts and to increase awareness and appreciation of the arts.
