After 25 years in corporate America, ensuring everyone else’s dreams were met, today, it’s my turn.
For the past 20 plus years, my house was the center of family get together. Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Engagements, Bride & Groom showers, Wedding Anniversaries, High School Graduation, College Graduation, First Job celebration, whatever the occasion, my home was, and still is the place to be. I've perfected the art of cooking and entertaining for groups of 100 or more, and I do this pro-bono year after year, event after event. For each event, I would choose a meal theme such as Asian, French, Italian, Good old Barbeque, etc... That's only the Entre portion. Food and family are a few of the reasons for the many returning visitors to my home year after year. In truth, my family would skip the Entre and head for the desserts if they could. Desserts are my specialty, especially, my cupcakes.
Being born of a Vietnamese/Chinese mother and Scottish/American father, and now married to a Vietnamese/French husband, you can imagine the sophisticated palate I have developed over the years. My cupcakes are made with attention to details and unique flavors which puts them in a class by themselves. I have 60 flavors all of which are recipes I have developed or perfected over the years. Trust me when I say they have been perfected. Having over 500 family members with their varied tastes and demands for only the best while harboring strong opinions, I have put my cupcakes through the tests. I am proud to say that through many trials and taste testing plus recipe improvements, the thumbs have delivered a sophisticate and unanimous UP.
You will find traditional American cupcake flavors that have been a favorite to many such as, Red Velvet Cupcakes, Lemon Pound, Germaine Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge, Vanilla Bean, and Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. All made with love and a twist to the recipes. For the more unique side, I offer the following cupcake flavors: Dulce Delece Fudge, NY Cheese Cake, Strawberry Champagne, Orange creamcicle, Snicker, Tiramisu, Rose, Lavender, Jasmine, Green Tea, Mocha, Chocolate Lovers, Chai Tea, Éclair, and so many more. Keep in mind that you've just read a selection of my flavor listing. Each cupcake has a unique name that represents their individual uniqueness in flavor and quality.
For many years, these treasures have been saved for special times with my family and now, I hope that these special treats will bring to you, and your family, many special memories and fun times.
