Hi there, this is Jan, of Jewels by Jan. Welcome to my shop! Here I am picured with my buddy, Chester who was always with me as I created.
Unfortunately we lost him on May 26th.
After moving to Tucson in 1999, I discovered the Gem show and also discovered I have a real talent for jewelry design and changing Vintage to today.
My materials consist of natural stone elements, metal components, both new and vintage, Swarovski crystals and pearls, genuine pearls etc. I use the very best 49 strand stringing wire, however I will also us Artistic wire, especially on real pearls as the holes sizes very so much.
My earrings can be clip or pierced. Some are sterling, some are not depnding on the source.
I have just started the craft fair participation in earnest in 2012. I am finding it an interesting experience.
