Sea glass Designs to stir the inner beach soul. I wanted to bring a bit of my passion for the ocean to Kentucky. Every sine I was little, one of my fondest memories has been getting up early on vacation mornings and combing the beach for treasures. I have taken the love for those treasures and created lovely and simple jewelry line.
Much of my glass is purchase from collectors in England or the coastlines of the US. In the 1800's, there was a victorian glassworks company that sat on a clift above the ocean. At the end of the day, the scraps of glass were tossed over in the sea. After years, sometimes 100 plus years, of the tides and sand smoothing the glass, the glass is handpicked by sea glass lovers from these beaches.
This is a eco friendly line. Sea glass artist take what use to be discarded trash and turn them into beautiful pieces.
