My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Hello, and welcome to Blackberry Bear. We are designers of one of a kind and custom wearable fiber art and accessories, based in Arizona and southern Utah. The vibrant colors and landscapes of the Southwest inform and influence our designs and inspire us to create unique pieces in a variety of styles from rustic to sophisticated!
Payments: We accept paypal for purchases. Payment for custom work is expected in full at time of order, unless other arrangements have been made with the artist in advance.
Shipping & Order Processing: We ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment, using the USPS as our primary shipping method. Other arrangements may be made upon request, however.
Refunds and Exchanges: Original purchase price and original shipping refunded upon receipt of items in new condition. We want our customer to be happy with the purchase and pleased to wear it. Most items can be returned to our stock with the possible exception of custom work, which will be determined on a case by case basis.
Additional Information: Though we prefer to ship within the USA, we are open to shipping to other locales. Contact us for details and shipping costs.
