Shipping & Order Processing: Orders ship within 2 business days unless it is a custom order at which time a lead time would have been given during quote process.
Refunds and Exchanges: Mr. Willies accepts returns and or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be processed based on original payment used.
