Welcome Message: Welcome to my craft room! Every piece is handcrafted and painted by me. I hope you find a piece that speaks to you or allow me the opportunity to create a custom piece from your inspiration.
Payments: All major credit cards accepted. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Custom order requests will be addressed within 24-48 hours. Shop pieces will be shipped in 2-3 days. Allow 3-4 weeks for custom order creation and shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds available prior to shipment of a shop order. No exchanges. No refunds or exchanges on custom order pieces.
