Welcome Message:
Welcome to Nutmeg Crafts.
100% of the wood components are hand turned on a lathe. All of the metal components are 10K gold plated, except for the letter opener which is 24K gold plated.
All items can be custom created in a number of different wood. Custom items, however, are non-returnable.
Payments:
Please use Paypal for all payments
Shipping & Order Processing:
My orders will be shipped using USPS and will be shipped within 4 business days of receipt of your order. Custom orders will be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All of my products are checked before sending to insure that they are operational before mailing.
If a product that you receive is damaged, please contact me immediately at NutmegCrafts@mail.com so that I can arrange for the item to be returned at my expense.
If an item is to be returned for any other reason. You will be responsible for the return postage.
All custom items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product.
Additional Information:
Connecticut sales tax will be added to all sales in Connecticut.
