Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping and Order processing fees are the liability of the customer, unless otherwise stated by an authorized official of See-M Records. As for digital goods, you will receive either instant downloads or an email with a link for instant downloads, as soon as payments are confirmed. Payments are usually confirmed with in twenty-four (24) hours or much less.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Physical Products
In the event physical products like musical CDs and merchandise such as apparel and miscellaneous items are malfunctioned, exchanges and refunds are allowed within five (5) days from the date of purchase.
Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
