Payments
I accept PayPal, Credit Card and Debit payments.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.
Shipping
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) by sending me a message with your order.
Items are shipped in a plastic bag and wrapped in packing paper, and placed in a mailing envelope. If you want your item shipped in different shipping material, please note this when placing your order. There may be additional charges, depending on the request.
Gift wrapping is available. Please send me a message with your order to request Gift Wrapping.
I do not ship with tracking as standard as it is very expensive, if you wish to ship with tracking please contact me before ordering for a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
