Payments:
I accept credit card, money order and personal check.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Your item will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment being received. Unless it's a made to order item then shipping will occur after the specified construction time; usually 3-5 BUSINESS days from payment clearing.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I really want you to be happy with your purchase. If there are any issues please contact me so that I may correct them before leaving negative feedback.
Returns accepted if there is a defect in the item or somehow mistakenly misrepresented in the listing. Please be sure that you are ordering for the right size eReader or device. Buyer's remorse returns are not accepted due to the majority of the items being "made to order." I do my best to represent the correct color and contrast of the fabrics that I offer and due to the variances in Computer monitor (mobile, iPad, all tablets and etc) resolution and contrast, items will not be refunded for for this sole reason. *****Custom orders will not be refunded due to the nature that they are custom made for you.******
Notify me of your reason and desire to return an item within 3 days of receipt, and I will refund your purchase price minus ALL shipping expenses. (original purchase and return shipping ) Item must be shipped for return with in 48 hours of contacting me. Buyer pays ALL shipping expenses. Item must be returned unused, in it's original packaging and from a non-smoking environment. Once I have returned item in hand, a refund (minus the amount specified above) will be issued to your Paypal account.
