Shipping & Order Processing: if I have the item in stock I will ship within 2 days. Special orders or if the item needs to be duplicated then there is a 14 day wait.
Refunds and Exchanges: I will refund money within 30 days if the item is returned in perfect condition. However, no refunds on custom orders.
