Welcome Message: Thank you for shopping K & K. While we do not accept returns due to the nature of our business, we do want you to be satisfied. If you are not happy with one of our products, give us a call and we will do everything to make it right.
Payments: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AE, and PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing:
We ship USPS to U.S. only. Please allow up to 3 days for order processing. We will send an email when your order ships. All shipping costs will be calculated according to USPS shipping rates in effect at the time of order.
Refunds and Exchanges:Because of the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with our product, please call us.
Additional Information:
Payments cancelled oo otherwise declined will not be shipped until payment is made in full. If your credit card is declined, there will be a $5 charge for processing another payment type.
