Payments:

Shipping & Order Processing:
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after your payment is processed.
Refunds and Exchanges:
You may return unused soaps within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and handling costs. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of our mistake. Return used soap with the original invoice and a note explaining your reason for the return to Maw Maw's Love 6015 Due West Road, Kennesaw Ga 30152.
Refunds will be issued within several business days of receipt.
All orders are shipped Ground, and delivery will be made within the ordinary course of business. If you provide us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive tracking confirmation from the ground carrier. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, nor do we offer express shipping services. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be made to the Ground Carrier as soon as possible. Your failure to promptly contact the Ground Carrier voids any responsibility we may have to reimburse you.
We may offer free ground shipping on certain orders delivered within the United States, otherwise, you will be charged the prevailing rate as currently advertised on our website.
Failing to provide a correct shipping address or providing an incomplete one may result delivery delays.

Soap Weight As all of our soap is handmade and individually hand cut, please be aware that some of the weights from bar-to-bar vary in size. Although, we try and stay as close to the possible weight bars may vary slightly.

For longer lasting soap bars – Do NOT allow bars of soap to sit in water. After use, place in a nice dry area.
