Payments: Paypal accepted for internet sales. Credit cards can be accepted over the phone with an additional 4% fee or through paypal. Cash is accepted for local pick up or delivery.
Shipping & Order Processing: Items purchased will be processed for shipping within 48 hours. Receipt of package(s) is dependent on delivery services. Simple Soaps & more will make every reasonable effort to provide prompt delivery of all orders but cannot be held liable for any delays due to weather, emergency, commodity shortages or other issues out of the control of Simple Soaps & More.
Refunds and Exchanges: Full refund of item(s) purchase price is available upon return on unused portion of the product if the product is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Delivery fees are nonrefundable. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the return packaging and postage for any returned items.
