My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Hi welcome to my crafting shop where you’ll find available for your custom ordering; makeup, tumblers, journals, gifts galore, vanity top accessories, fashioned makeup brushes, lamps, and so so so much more!!
Payments:
Payments are expected in lieu of product. Before any custom products are began...invoices must be completed. All invoices submitted but not complete with 48 hours will be deleted unless other arrangements have been discussed. We do offer payment installments.
Shipping & Order Processing:
You will receive shipping confirmation once your product has been completed and as it’s being packaged. Custom orders can take from 7 days to up to 4 weeks for completion and curing. We will keep you posted and you will get update photos and communications.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. If your product was damaged during shipping, we will help your claim as much as possible with the post office to get as they do offer $50 claim coverage with all priority shipping.
