Welcome Message: Welcome to Flying Frog Studio! We work to produce beautiful and fun illustrations for you and your family!
Payments: Paypal is preferred, but I can also accept money orders as well as personal checks. Personal checks must clear the bank before I ship your item though!
Shipping & Order Processing: I use USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelopes for items 8"x10" and smaller. Anything larger, will be based on size. Insurance is additional, at your discretion.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are not offered. Majority of my work is custom created with you in mind, and I will stay in contact with you on those special orders, allowing for changes as we go. Changes are not offered after multiple steps in which you could have mentioned changes. :)
