I have an array of tole painted items using wood products and clay pots of all sizes and shapes. These items are made for all seasons and uses for your home or for giving for gifts for that someone special!

Payment
For your convenience, I accept all forms of Paypal Payments as well as personal checks and money orders (US funds only). If personal check is your chosen method of payment, the item will be held until the check clears the bank (usually 5 to 7 days).
Payment is due with 10 days of purchase. If payment is not received the product will be re-listed.
Shipping
I normally use USPS parcel post, first class mail, and media mail. If you would prefer Priority Mail, just ask ( additional fees may apply). Insurance is optional unless otherwise specified. If it is required, I always include the amount in the total shipping specified for the item. Please let me know BEFORE YOU PAY if you want to add insurance and a revised total due will be sent.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, feel free to return the item for a refund of the cost for the item plus the shipping amount you were charged. Return shipping is your responsibility and that amount will not be refunded. The item must be received back with 7 days in the original condition. There are, however, NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM WORK. Please keep in mind when you custom order items.
I do my best to carefully package your purchase for safe shipping but will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur once the item leaves my hands. You are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance so that you can be reimbursed by USPS.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I will usually ship worldwide, but do not normally list all the countries in the listing if sales are not common from there. Please ask for a shipping quote to your country if you are interested.
Custom orders are accepted for any items, if you would like to have a specific color change or more embellishments just let me know!
