Welcome Message: Hello and welcome! I offer quality, ecofriendly hand crocheted products made by me in my smokefree, pet friendly home. Many are my own original designs.
Payments: I accept credit card payments through Paypal, as well as payment by money order.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders are packaged and shipped via USPS within 24 hours of payment, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds and Exchanges: I accept return of items return mailed within 7 days of your receipt of the items in their original condition, should you not be satisfied with your purchase. I will refund the amount you paid for the item, but not your return mailing costs.
Please contact me to arrange an exchange of sizes, should you like the items, but need a size adjustment.
