Hello and thank you for checking out Trendy Tableware! All orders can be customized, so what you see is not what you have to get! Trendy Tableware is perfect for all ocassions, as well as great gift Ideas!
Payments:
All payments must be made prior to shipping, check, paypal, or money order must be recieved PRIOR to shipping
Shipping & Order Processing:
If your order is custom please allow 7-14 business days from the day your ordered for your Trendy Tableware to arrive! Remember these are custom made! I will work on getting it to you sooner if the situation arises.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I am willing to do refunds and exchanges on ALL orders. If the color was not quite right, or if you are simply not happy with the result I will exchange or return(as long as merchandise is in a re-selling condition). Also Trendy Tableware comes with a 100% lifetime warranty.
Additional Information:
Some of the pieces I design are NOT dishwasher safe. If it is a necessity that the item be DISHWASHER safe you can request this, at an additional cost as the beads are more expensive.
