Payments:

Shipping & Order Processing:
Once the payment is processed, we ship it out via USPS Priority mail insured
Refunds and Exchanges:If it is a Ready Made piece:
Return it to us using a shipping method that is trackable. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
We will either Exchange or Refund per your request. *Shipping Charges are not refunded unless there is an error or mistake on our part.
If it is Custom Made:
When the piece is finished we will email a picture to you for your approval. Once it is accepted and the order is processed we cannot refund the full amount. However we do understand that once you hold it in your hands you may change your mind, therefore if you return it we may issue a refund for the materials but not the labor. Jewelry components can be re-used, time cannot.

Yes, we specialize in One of a kind pieces. But we’re not exclusive to that point. Working together we can design the perfect accessory for Bridal parties, Birthday parties, Circle of Friends, book clubs, Sales groups, sororities, and the list goes on. We will not make your piece or set for anyone else unless you request it.
