Shipping & Order Processing:I will ship your in-stock item(s), once payment has been received, within 1-2 business days via US Postal Service. I will ship your custom item(s) no later than the time frame quoted to you at the time we discuss your design.
Refunds and Exchanges:If you're not happy with any piece the you receive, please contact me via email to discuss options. While I am relatively new to FNO, I am proud to say that I have not had any issues with my jewelry or crochet items in the many years I have been selling via art shows and festivals.
Additional Information:Besides buying my in stock items, you can order your customized jewelry as well. I'll be happy to hear your ideas and work with you to compete your piece.
When requesting custom made jewelry items, most people think that you just measure the size of your favorite bracelet, necklace etc, and that will work. This does not always work. Depending on the size of the beads, one bracelet that looks 7 inches long with just chain, will not fit the same as a 7 inch long bracelet with big beads, the beads make the inside diameter smaller, and I use the total inside diameter when sizing for jewelry. If you have a chain that has nothing on it, and is the perfect fit, then just measure it's length including clasp.
