All the items are custom made and take one to two weeks before shipping.
If you have a special request for a specific type of yarn you must call me to make sure that I work with some specific yarns.
Returns are to be made within 3 days f receipt. must call first.
Payments: Are to be made at the time of order. Beside Paypal, if you make a phone order I can handle it thru another credit card company. I accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. I do not accept checks or money orders.
