Payments:
I accept PayPal. When you use PayPal, payment is expected immediately upon checkout.
You do not need a PayPal account to send payment via PayPal; you can use your credit or debit card and e-check, which requires some time to be cleared. After making your selection, when you reach the last page of PayPal’s checkout process, be sure to click on the “Pay Now” button to ensure the transaction is complete. If payment is not completed and I have not heard from you within 3 days of purchase, I will consider it as a canceled transaction. If you have a special situation contact me as soon as possible, otherwise the item will be re-listed.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All orders are shipped on the next business day via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation after payment is received, to the address listed on your PayPal account, if paid by Money Order, please, be sure your address is correct.
Shipping within the continental United States will be 2 – 3 days delivery.
International – contact me first for an international shipping price quote
Oversees delivery takes longer time.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees/taxes.
Custom-ordered items would ship as soon as they are completed with prior e-mail notification.
If the shipping costs are actually less than I have stated, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I sell all my items as pictured. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests for additional pictures, please, feel free to contact me before you make your final decision.
Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with the purchase and must be made within 3 days after receiving. Contact me first if you are going to return. The items must be returned in the same conditions – undamaged, unwashed, unused, and without any sign of perfume. Refunds will be processed immediately, excluding shipping cost upon receiving and inspecting the item. Shipping charges for returns are the buyer’s responsibility, they are not refundable. I do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages during delivery back to me.

Custom Orders: I am happy to take your order. Contact me by e-mail for discussion and arrangements. Completion depends on the complexity of implementation and custom order list (if any), and will be discussed during our conversation. “Custom order” listing will be listed for purchase with a set price after customization. The buyer must purchase the listing to have item created.
Price: The price shown in the listing is for S and M sizes. For larger sizes required additional fee, due to additional supplies.
How to Care for crocheted items: Instruction will ship with the item in the package.
Colors on the pictures may vary slightly depending on your computer’s monitor settings.
