Payments:
ALL payments are processed through Paypal.
Once payment has been successful, process of order will be started.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Order completed.
*ALL PRODUCTS ARE HAND MADE*
Ordering 1-5 cases 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
Ordering 5-10 cases 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
Ordering 10 or more cases MINIUM 30 Days-MAXIUM 90 DAYS.
Customer will be sent a "preview order picture" of product before shipping.
Customer will have 48 hours to confirm "preview order picture".
If confirmation has not been made, SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED.
ALL orders are shipped 5-7 business days once PREVIEW PICTURE has been confirmed.
An email confirmation will be sent containing payment confirmation, preview confirmation, and shipping info prior to order being shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges:
NO REFUNDS.
One exchange will be allowed within 14 days of delivery if product is damaged during shiping. All products are handmade at the time of purchase.
