Welcome Message:Welcome to Beadwork by Mar! Thank you for taking the time to look over my items, I hope you find something to your liking. I also take custom orders, with 25% down payment of agreed on price. You can contact me via e-mail or phone to discuss and order.
Payments:I accept PayPal, Chase QuickPay, Pop Money transfer and U.S. debit/credit cards.
Shipping & Order Processing:As soon as payment clears, I will ship your item via United States Postal Service with a tracking number, which I will e-mail or text to you. Custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are completed to your satisfaction, I will e-mail you photos. Most items will ship in a bubble mailer.
Refunds and Exchanges:No refunds. Exchanges for an item in the same price range will only be given if there is an issue with workmanship within 30 days of purchase.
Additional Information:Please keep in mind that my hand made items are all one of a kind creations, I do not duplicate any other artists work nor do I duplicate my own work, each piece is created with painstaking care and selection of materials used. I try to use top of the line materials in all my work.
