Payments: Currently we accept PayPal only.
Shipping & Order Processing: We ship once payment has been credited to our account.
Refunds and Exchanges: We accept exchanges for unopened and/or in the original shopping packaging. No items used may be returned or exchanged. If an item has a defect then it may be exchanged for same item.
Additional Information: Our items are made using new polyester tops as required for lasting images. The batting is made from polyester so they are more easily washed. The backing may be polyester, cotton/polyester blend or cotton only. Laundry instructions are was in water with mild detergent at temps below 120° F. We ship to the lower 48 states only.
