Welcome Message:
Please allow up to two weeks to create and ship your order. However, check with us as we also have zithers available for immediate shipment. We’ll be glad to assist you!
Payments:
You may order securely through PayPal (PayPal account is not required to use this payment method).
Shipping & Order Processing:
We ship USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States. Shipping and handling will vary based on the number of zithers ordered and your shipping address. If you are outside the continental United States, please contact us for shipping rates before placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Each instrument is shipped insured and is warrantied for thirty days after arrival against manufacturer defect.
