My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Welcome to my store We are a mother and daughter team who makes and sells a range of different items. We will make items from sewn, knitted, crocheted, and beaded.
Payments: I will accept paypal, checks and money orders. Payments are to be made within 7 days after sale if using checks and money orders. Paypal orders are to be made within 24 hrs.
Shipping & Order Processing: I will ship around the globe. I will combine orders to save on shipping costs for one low price. I only ship upon receiveing payment first.
Refunds and Exchanges: I will refund money in full upon recieveing item first. As for custom made items I will exchange for color or size only.
Additional Information: When ordering custom items at the time that you order I will need your child's shirt size and the length from the waist to the knee.
