Make sure you are not allergic to the product. Everyone's skin is different, please test the soap on your arm prior using it all over.
Payments: PayPal only.
Shipping & Order Processing: only shipping to U.S. addresses. I ship using USPS Priority mail within 48 hours of clear payment.
Refunds and Exchanges: Apologize but I am not accepting returns once you open the product.

Special Orders accepted. Allow 4-6 weeks prior to cold method soaps orders due to cure process or saponification.
