Shipping & Order Processing:
We offer free shipping on all of our products. We typically use 2-3 business day shipping with all major carriers, USPS, UPS, Fedx, etc. however, depending on season, demand, and carrier issues out of our control this is not a guarantee. While our products are hand poured we keep a set amount in stock and on hand ready to ship. This allows us to have 1-3 day processing time so orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We want our customers to love our products as much as we loved creating them, however if you are unsatisfied with your order. Products may be returned as long as they are returned within 30 days of original order date in new and unused condition (once candle is lit it is no longer eligible for return). Customer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs. Once processed and approved by our inspection process. The funds will be returned to original payment method within 14 business days. We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Additional Information:
Due to the hand made nature of our products please allow for slight variation in our products to include but not limited to: scent strength if applicable, alignment of labels, label print quality, wick placement, color, texture, sound, wax fill, etc. Please follow all safety warning labels and quality instructions provided with each product. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to personal property.
