Welcome Message: Welcome to our shop. We have a variety of handmade items from fairy houses to stained glass and all natural skin products. We can make special orders of different fragrances for our lotions and soaps, and flavored lip balms. We can work with you on different colors of glass and can make different sizes to meet your needs.
Payments: We accept all major credit cards, Paypal is preferred, and money orders. No checks are accepted. All custom orders will be paid in full after items are approved per pictured email before shipping.
Shipping & Order Processing: We use USPS for all of our orders unless buyers prefer other shippers. This is at buyers expense. If you would like insurance please lets us know so we can give you a quote for this before shipping. We will ship flat rate small box $ 6.45
medium box $12.40 and large box $17.05
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds on broken items only for 14 days. If you would like an exchange, you need to keep in mind these are one of a kind item and this may not be possible. Special orders are no exchange after last picture is sent to you for approval. Special orders will be paid before work begins on item.
Additional Information: Special orders and custom orders are always welcome.
