Welcome Message: Thank you for doing business with CRAFT-ly Confections. I greatly appreciate it and to show you so I strive to please every customer.
Payments: I am only acceping paypal at this time and payment is due within 2 days of order on most products unless otherwise specified by CRAFT-ly Confections. Custom/special order product payment will be per contract.
Shipping & Order Processing: Most products will ship within 5 business days, special order products please allow time specified within contract.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds can be made within 7 days from delivery. Exchanges can be made within 21 days from delivery.
