My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Thank you for browsing my shop. All items are hand made by me. I will ship smaller items such as river serving trays and small hardwood creations anywhere in the contiguous United States. Larger items such as tables will be available for local pickup or delivery only.
River creations are one of a kind and can be ordered with specific coloring when we collaborate. If you like an item in my shop gallery and it is marked available, I can ship it right out.
Payments:
We accept Pay Pal, checks and money orders. We will even accept cash if you are close enough for pickup,or delivery. If paying by check or money order, your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Shipping & Order processing:
We offer free shipping for the contiguous United States through USPS. Since all items are hand made, I will notify you of shipping time when you place your order. Items available for immediate shipping will be indicated on my shop page.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I will gladly refund your payment within 14 days, less shipping, if you are not satisfied with your purchase
