Shipping & Order Processing: I take shipping seriously and I pack/ship securely using Delivery Confirmation where available within 2 business days of receiving completed payment.
Refunds and Exchanges: Since my goal is happy customers, I offer refunds for cost of jewelry if you are dissatisfied and I cannot make it right for you. Exchanges may be possible if your purchase is in unworn and undamaged condition.
