My Shop Policies
Payment:
I accept payment through PayPal, credit card, money order, and personal check. All of your information will be completely confidential.
Policy:
Custom orders must be paid for before the item(s) can be made. I do not always have the materials on hand and will need to purchase them for your order. Please see the "Additional Information" section for more details about custom orders.
Shipping:
I typically ship United States Postal Service First Class Mail for both domestic and international packages. For purchases made directly from the shop stock, please allow for 2-5 business days for your purchase to be shipped. For custom orders, please allow 3-6 business days as your item will need to be made unless very specific materials are needed. In this case, I will work out a time frame with you that allows for materials to be ordered. Once your purchases have been shipped I will send you a tracking number so that you can keep track of your package.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do whatever is in my power to resolve any issues you may have. I accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your purchase’s arrival. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage.
Additional Information:

Once we confirm the details of your custom order, I will create a listing just for you with the specifics you require. Upon payment, I will create your item(s) and send you multiple images of your order. If you are not satisfied with what you see, I can make changes to the design or give you a full refund including shipping. If you are pleased with your order, I will ship it within 2-5 business days. Once you receive your order you have 7 business days to return the item for a refund but please note that you will be in charge of return shipping.
