Payments: Payments are accepted through Paypal. I will also accept checks and money orders. When payments are made with checks - products will ship after check is deposited.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipments are priority mail with tracking numbers.
Refunds and Exchanges: I offer 100% Satisfaction: I stand behind everything I sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within a year of purchase. Personalized items are not returnable. Bayou Rose Bazaar's guarantee doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it. Contact me by email for details on returning items.
