Welcome to your Hearts Desire Handmade Jewelry studio and online store.
Each piece of jewelry is hand made and never mass produced. Artworks are numbered and dated at creation with total number of pieces created listed so you are assured to be getting a truly unique piece.
Jewelry is made from base metals including chain, clasps, metal beads, findings in copper, antique silver, black, bright silver plate and gold plate.
Beads used include natural and man-made stones, freshwater pearls, glass, metal, resin, polymer clay, crystal and wood.
Special beads are designed from polymer clay and may include gold or silver leaf.
Suede leather is used on some designs for back of necklaces.
Sterling silver or gold filled may be requested for custom pieces and will be priced according to materials used and based upon current metals prices.
Current fashion trends dictate design and color choices for studio pieces.

Shipping & Order Processing:
US-Shipping within 24 hours of cleared payment on orders placed online at the studio store by 1pm CST.
Please allow up to five (5) business days for delivery. Up to 5 items may be grouped as one shipping charge.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is very important so please read the following policies carefully. Please notify me immediately by email if a return is desired or if an exchange is necessary and the reason as to why.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from receipt of merchandise to return your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. you will be responsible for return shipping costs. A PayPal credit will be issued for the total price less shipping costs.
NOTE:Special orders are not refundable.
