Payments:
For the protection of both your and my personal information, I take only PayPal for ALL payment. If you wish to use a credit card and do not have a PayPal account simply push the button that you wish to pay with Paypal and on the right hand side of the screen it will give you the option to pay without creating an account.
Shipping & Order Processing: *
No insurance and no tracking number are offered for the regular surface mail for all the shipping. If required, please make sure to inform me before and/or during the transaction, we'd love to inform the approximate cost of extra services.
* About expected shipping time: for international orders (except US), it takes 3-6 weeks or more approximately Via Canada Post Regular Mail Service. For US orders, it takes 6-10 business days or more approximately.

Refunds and Exchanges:
I stand behind every piece of jewelry I sell, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do everything I can to make you happy. Remember, custom made or altered pieces can not be returned for a refund or an exchange. I accept returns only within 7 days of purchase and will refund the cost of the item, MINUS 15%. I do not refund shipping costs. The customer must pay for returning the item.
