Payments: Prefer Money Order but will accept personal check by mail. Allow 10 days for personal check to clear b efore item will be shipped. Under no conditions will items be shipped before personal check has cleared Shop's Bank Account.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping by US Priority Mail Once payment is received, the item is shipped out the next business day. cost of shopping is added to the purchase price of the item.

Additional Information: PK's crocheted wearables and home accessories are hand made in very limited numbers by PKW Maples, a master crochet crafts person in Farragut, TN. Designs are custom and unique using high quality yarns. Pammie's Teddies is a niche collection by PKM Maples of custom crafted and designed collectible Teddy Bears. No two bears are alike. The signature of the collection focuses on the Teddy Bear and some pleasant activity with accessory only clothing rather than full outfits. The finest, softwst yarns are used that are hypo-allergenic and anti-pill.
These items are customs crafted, hand made in a home studio so the quality can be preserved until the item is purchased. Once the item leaves te studio, the quality cannnot be assured, thus no returns or exchanges.
