Shipping & Order Processing: we can deliver to a reasonable distance if your order needs to be shipped we will add shipping to the cost of the final price
Refunds and Exchanges: as is if you except custom order once it he designs are cut there will be no refund. Unless your piece is broken we will refund that or make you a new designs

All designs and custom orders for specialty items customer will pay for material upfront and final balance due upon delivery or before shipping thank you
