Mystic Mountain Magic Shop Policies

Shipping & Order Processing:

All items will be shipped after payment is received and cleared.  

All orders are shipped USPS. In stock orders are typically shipped within 48 hours, unless a delay is otherwise noted on the Site.  Mystic Mountain Magic does not ship on holidays, weekends or while closed for vacation. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders exceeding $100.00 US dollars may require signature at the time of delivery. 

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery of your order. The delivery schedule is subject to change due to availability of products or customized orders. 

lf a product’s delivery time is affected by availability, you will be notified by email in a timely fashion if Mystic Mountain Magic is unable to immediately fill any order for any reason. lf you submit / request a customized order, please allow Mystic Mountain Magic extended time to create and process the order - usually 3-5 weeks. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Please contact me if there is a problem.  I will do my utmost to work with you within reasonable parameters.
• Please keep in mind, unless the information on the site dictates otherwise (i.e., 1 available) or you speak directly with us for custom orders, the items on display at this shop are samples only. You will not be buying the exact painted stone or crocheted item in the picture. You are buying the design and/or style of the item pictured! Because each creation from Mystic Mountain Magic is one-of-a-kind, the creation you receive will be slightly different.  

 Additional Information:

Some of our merchandise has small items included.  For the safety of small children and pets please keep all merchandise out of reach.  We are not responsible for injuries or damages.

We respect your privacy. Any information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
